The Asteroids Galaxy Tour Bio
The Asteroids Galaxy Tour is an indie pop band from Denmark. The band was formed in 2007 by vocalist Mette Lindberg, songwriter and producer Lars Iversen, in Copenhagen. Soon, Mikkel Balster Dørig, Simon Littauer and Rasmus Littauer joined the band. Their career took off when they performed as the opening act for Amy Winehouse in Copenhagen. A few weeks later, their single “Around the Bend” was picked by Apple to be used on an ad for their iPod Touch. The song became a worldwide hit and soon the band made guest appearances on shows like “Never Mind the Buzzcocks” and “Good Morning Denmark”. Their debut album “Fruit” was released in 2009, followed in 2013, by their second album “Out of Frequency”. A year later, they released their third album “Bring Us Together” through their own label Hot Bus Recordings.
