The Letter Black Bio
The Letter Black is an American Christian rock group. The band was formed in 2006, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania and it consists of lead vocalist Sarah Anthony, her husband, which is the lead guitarist and vocalist Mark Anthony, the bassist Matt Beal and the drummer, Justin Brown. The Letter Black started out as a local church duo of Sarah and Mark Anthony under the name “Breaking the Silence”. After signing to Tooth & Nail Records they changed their name to The Letter Black. The band gained recognition and they have shared the stage with established bands such as Skillet, Decyfer Down, and Hawk Nelson. Their debut album titled “Hanging On By a Thread” was released in 2010 and it reached number 8 in the iTunes rock category. In 2013 they released their third album titled “Rebuild” and in 2017, after signing with EMP Label Group, they released their fourth album titled “Pain”.
