The Record Company is an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in late 2011. Their first full-length album was released in 2016 under Concord Records. The work was entitled Give It Back To You, and its first single, Off The Ground, topped the US Billboard Adult Alternative Songs chart. Aside from charting for 42 weeks in the Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart, it was also nominated as Best Contemporary Blues Album at the GRAMMYs. To support and promote the album, the band performed on Late Show with Stephen Colbert, CBS This Morning and Conan. They also went on tour. In 2017, they opened for John Mayer. In 2018, they released their second effort entitled All of This Life, which also had a number one US Billboard Adult Alternative Songs single, Life to Fix. Currently, the band has Chris Vos on guitar and lead vocals; Alex Stiff on bass and backing vocals; and Marc Cazorla on drums and backing vocals.
