Maroua Bekkouche is widely known for her YouTube channel TheDollBeauty. The French-Algerian beauty guru was born on August 27th, 1997 in Algeria and she moved to Nice, France when she was three years old.
Maroua makes DIY hair and make-up tutorials as well as lifestyle vlogs. Through these videos, Maroua has gained more than two million YouTube subscribers since she started her channel on 10 December 2009.
In 2016, Maroua broke away from her normal DIY videos and made a video called Dear Mr terrorist. In this video, Maroua addressed the terrorist who killed over 80 people in her city Nice. This video has been watched over 800k times.
In 2017, Maroua’s fellow French YouTuber Kihou featured in one of her videos called Devines ces most rebeux. Another famous YouTuber named Cyprien lov, was also born and raised in Nice, France.
