Thee Sacred Souls Bio

Thee Sacred Souls is an American music group formed in San Diego in 2019. The group was formed by Alex Garcia and Sal Samano (formerly of Fake Tides), both instrumentalists. City Heights singer Josh Lane was soon added to the group; he was a former Sacramento music student.

Thee Sacred Souls was signed by Daptone Records co-founder and producer Bosco Mann. Their single Can I call You Rose? was dropped in 2020 through Mann’s Penrose Records. In 2021, the Black Pumas declared that the band’s Give Us Justice single was The song that will define 2020 for me. On Valentine’s day 2021, It’s Our Love appeared through Daptone Records.

Collaborating with David Lampley, the band released Will I See You Again?
