Tim Mälzer is a chef born on 22nd January 1971 in Elmshorn, Germany. He is best known for his TV cooking shows, including Kitchen Impossible in 2014, Schmeckt nicht gibt’s nicht in 2003, and KMPD – Krass Mann Police Department in 2007. He performed in front of an audience in a stage show called Ham’ se noch Hack in 2007. From 2009 to 2014, he was the host of the weekly broadcast, Tim Mälzer, on national television.
He was appointed the coach and juror of “The Taste,” a cooking talent show on Sat. 1, from 2013 to 2015. He also writes cooking books, where he covers a wide range of topics associated with cooking. He has been running Bullerei restaurant in Hamburg since 2009. His work includes association with the DO School, where he worked with young entrepreneurs to create a multimedia platform to inform and inspire the world about food and cooking.
