Tim Miller was born on October 10, 1964. He is a popular visual effects artist as well as a director. He started out by co-founding Blur Studio in 1995, where he mainly worked on design. In 1995, he and Jeff Fowler were nominated for the best short film at the Academy Awards for Gopher Broke. Some of his projects include Batman: Arkham City and Sony’s DC Universe Online. However, his most famous work is an adaptation of a comic book Deadpool. Miller made his debut as a director in 2016 with this film, which starred Ryan Reynolds. Other projects Miller has worked on are The Girl With a Dragon Tattoo, which won him a D&AD Yellow Pencil award in 2012, and Thor: The Dark World.
