Tim Roth is an English actor born on 14th May 1961 in Dulwich, London. He is widely recognized for his performances in films like Rob Roy, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Skellig, to mention a few. Aside from films, he featured in the popular TV series “Lie to Me.” He began his career at the age of 21 by appearing in the TV film “Made in Britain” as a white power skinhead. In 1984, he played a shy and timid character in the film “Meantime.”
He gained world recognition in 1990 when he appeared in the film “Vincent and Theo” and “Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead.” His performance in the 1995 film “Rob Roy” was spectacular. His debut in the role of director came in 1999 with the film “The War Zone.” He appeared in the Fox series “Lie to Me” from 2009 to 2011.
