Tim Wheeler Bio
Timothy James Arthur Wheeler, also known as Tim Wheeler is a singer and guitar player better known as the frontman of British ‘90s pop-punk band Ash. Wheeler was born in 1977 in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, U.K. Along with schoolmates Mark Hamilton and Rick McMurray, Ash rose to fame with a U.K. Top 1 album titled 1977. The band was also notorious for being the youngest headliner band at the Glastonbury festival in 1995. In the ‘2000s, he co-wrote the soundtrack for the TV series Fleming. In 2011 he made a Christmas duo album with Emmy the Great, titled This Is Christmas. Wheeler made a proper solo debut in 2014 with full-length Lost Domain, with label Atomic Heart records. In 2015 his song “Feels Like Summer” appeared as a soundtrack for the children’s animated movie Shaun The Sheep.
