TOBACCO is the stage name of the American electronic musician, Thomas Fec. Thomas Fec was the frontman of the psychedelic rock band called Black Moth Super Rainbow before he decided to create the stage name of TOBACCO for himself and peruse a solo career as an electronic musician. He released his debut album, named Fucked Up Friends in 2010, after signing a contract with the independent record label, Anticon. The album was said to be one of the year’s best stoner-rock albums by Rolling Stone magazine. In 2010 TOBACCO also released his second album, named Maniac Meat that features famous artists including Doseone, Rob Sonic, and Beck. Many of TOBACCO’s songs have been featured in the HBO television series Silicon Valley. in 2014, he released his third album called Ultima II Message and in 2016, he released his fourth album named Sweatbox Dynasty.
