Tobin Bell, born Joseph H. Tobin Jr., is an American actor who was born on August 7, 1942, in Queens, New York City, New York. He studied acting at the Neighborhood Playhouse and at the Actors Studio in New York. He is mostly known for playing the role of Jigsaw and John Kramer in the “Saw” franchise, which is widely known across the globe, and he also provided his voice for the same character in “Saw video game” and “Saw II: Flesh & Blood”. Bell has also appeared in various notorious films, such as “False Identity”, “Mississippi Burning” and “Goodfellas”. In 2016, he played the role of Yo Ling in soap opera “Days of Our Lives”. He appeared in many TV series and movies, like TV series “ER”, TV series “Chicago Hope” and television film “Unabomber: The True Story”, in which he played the Unabomber.
