Todd Edwards is an American house electronic music producer, DJ, and singer. He was born on the 9th of December, 1972, in Bloomfield, New Jersey. He began his musical career in the early 1990s, experimenting with vocal techniques of reconstruction, using as a main inspiration Marc MK Kinchen. Edwards became a pioneer in the UK house garage scene and he developed a unique method of sampling. He started performing as a DJ in the early 2000s and he quickly made a name for himself in the European scene. In 2004, he co-produced and provided vocals on Daft Punk’s single “Face to Face” which reached number one on the Billboard 200 chart. It was a huge breakthrough for Edwards, as his reputation rocketed. In 2012, he released the EP “I Want You Back” produced by Surkin. He is a prolific artist, having released over 40 singles and more than 50 remixes through his career.
