Tom Welling, whose birth name is Thomas Joseph Welling, is an American actor who was born on April 26, 1977, in Putnam Valley, New York. He debuted in the film industry in 2000, when he starred in a short film titled “Angela Via: Picture Perfect”, alongside Angela Via herself. In 2001, he appeared in the TV series “Judging Amy” as Rob Meltzer for a total of 6 episodes, and during that same year, he guest-starred on “Special Unit 2” and “Undeclared”. His most popular role is his starring role on the TV series “Smallville”, where he played the role of Clark Kent for a decade. Welling also appeared in 22 episodes of the TV series “Lucifer” as Marcus Pierce, and in the TV series “Professionals” as Vincent Corbo. Some other popular roles are Charlie Baker in the 2003 film “Cheaper by the Dozen”, and Brian Drew in 2014 “Draft Day”.
