Too Close To Touch is a post-hardcore alternative rock band from the Bible Belt. They’re a new and rising talent, but they’re signed to the titanic Epitaph Records label, which doesn’t throw the paper around for nothing these days. Their line-up is Keaton Pierce (vocals), Mason Marble (rhythm guitar), and Kenneth Downey (drums, percussion). Their style falls somewhere between emo and indie.
On the road, Too Close To Touch has toured with the bands Emarosa and A Lot Like Birds, and has manned a stage at the 2016 Vans Warped Tour. The Alternative Press Music Awards nominated them “Best Underground Band.” They’ve dropped two studio albums, “Nerve Endings” (2015) and “Haven’t Been Myself” (2016), as well as a trickle of EPs and singles. They’re definitely making some interesting moves on their way to fame.
