Travon Free is an actor and comedian born in 1984 in the United States. He is widely known for his work on late night talk TV program “The Daily Show”, for which he received the Primetime Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series. He started his career as the host of the online series “The Gentlemen’s Rant”. The following year, he began writing for the TV program “The Daily Show”.
Travon also appeared in the television shows “Chelsea Lately” and “Tosh.0”. He is also credited for writing the talk shows “Any Given Wednesday” and “Full Frontal with Samantha Bee”. Travon was also featured on the cover of Gay Times Magazine in 2018. That same year, produced the comedy television series “Camping”. In 2021, he wrote and co-directed the short film “Two Distant Strangers”.
