Trick-Trick was born Christian Anthony Mathis on June 28, 1973 on Detroit Michigan.
His debut “The People Vs Trick Trick” landed on the No. 1 spot of the Billboard New Artist chart and No. 40 of the US R&B chart. He also collaborated with Eminem on the single “Welcome to Detroit.” Eminem produced his follow up album The Villain.
Eminem’s “Detroit Vs Everybody” featured Trick-Trick, Royce da 5’9,” DeJ Loaf, Big Sean, and Danny Brown.
In 2008, the rapper dropped the album The Villain. The album’s single “Let It Fly” features Ice Cube. He released Smoke Gang, a 15-track album in 2018. The release include the songs “Lets Get High” featuring Diezel and Snoop Dogg, “Get 2 It” featuring B-Real and DJ Premier, and “The Fly Zone Radio Skit” featuring Ready Mack.
