Troy Garity Bio

Troy Garity is an American movie and television actor born July 7, 1973, in Los Angeles, California, USA. Garity is known for his extensive filmography in various Hollywood productions, both movies, and TV series.

Garity's breakout came with a performance in Barry Levinson's Bandits (2001) where he played alongside Hollywood superstars Bruce Willis, Cate Blanchett, and Billy Bob Thornton. 

Troy Garity is mostly known for his role in Barbershop (2002), a comedy-drama movie where the actor played alongside the famous rapper/actor Ice Cube, movie stars Anthony Anderson, Keith David, and the actor/stand-up comedian Cedric the Entertainer.

Garity reprised his role of Isaac Rosenberg in Barbershop 2: Back in Business (2004).

His other known movie and television roles include Sunshine (2007), where he played alongside Cillian Murphy, The Good Doctor (2011), where he acted with Orlando Bloom, and Boss (2011), a political drama series in which he played in 18 episodes.
