Tsew The Kid is the stage name of French-Malagasy rapper, singer, and songwriter Tsiry Ralaiarisedy. He was born in 1996 in Madagascar and moved to Savigny-sur-Orge in France’s Essonne department, at age 7. In 2015 he started making music on his own after teaching himself how to produce. Ralaiarisedy dropped out of college to pursue music full-time and made his debut as a recording artist with “Nous” in 2018, an independently released EP. He gained popularity in France, and in 2019 he released the full-length album “Diavolana” with the label Panenka Music, also licensed by WAGRAM. The young artist was featured in “SKO” and “Encore Temps”, two singles by singer Alicia. In 2020 he followed up with “LOFI”, his sophomore effort.
