TSHA Bio
Teisha Matthews (popularly known as TSHA) is a London-based producer and DJ. She is a prodigy who’s drive to make good music has been with her since her childhood. TSHA taught herself how to produce, taking cues from the likes of Floating Points, Bonobo, and Jon Hopkins.
She self-released her 2018 debut EP Dawn which made her famous and earned her a contract with Ninja Tune. After Dawn’s success, a remix of Millie Turner’s January, Sister (a 2020 Flowers EP), and 2021’s NIMMO collab OnlyL further increased her fame and audience.
Teisha had previously self-released her works, however due to the good success of her releases and impressive DJ sets, she has since signed to Counter Records, the imprint of London label Ninja Tune, and home to acts including Howling and Maribou State.
