Tuka Bio

Tuka is a rapper born on 20th March 1985 in Medlow Bath, Australia. He is currently a member of the hip hop group Thundamentals and a former member of Rumpunch and Connect 4. He also performs and releases songs as a solo artist. His music blends chillwave, dub reggae, and contemporary R&B. He has worked with top musicians like Frank Ocean. He went on tour in support of Horrorshow’s Listen Close tour. In late 2015, he also went on tour in the United States and Australia in support of his third album, titled “Life Death Time Eternal”.

Tuka released his debut album, “Will Rap for Tuka” in November 2010 under the Big Village label. In 2012, he released his second album, titled “Feedback Loop”. His third album, “Life Death Time Eternal,” reached number 6 on the ARIA Album chart. In July 2020, he released the fourth album, titled “Nothing in Common But Us,” under the Universal Music Australia label.
