Talia’uli Latukefu, popularly known as Uli Latukefu, is an Australian actor and singer most renowned for his roles in Marco Polo (2014), Young Rock (2021), and Black Adam (2022). He was born on August 2, 1984 in Australia.
Before fame, Latukefu tried his hands on different sports including rugby, basketball, volleyball, cricket, and table tennis. He is a graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art. In 2004, he competed in the reality singing competition Australian Idol.
He has starred in movies including Alien: Covenant (2017), Danger Close: The Battle of Long Tan (2019), and The Legend of Baron To’a (2020). He has also featured in television series including Devil’s Playground (2014), Jonah From Tonga (2014), and Doctor Doctor (2017).
Latukefu met Dwayne Johnson over a Zoom call after getting the role of Dwayne Johnson on Young Rock. In 2022, Latukefu portrayed the superhero, Hurut, in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU) film Black Adam.
