Uncle Kracker born as Matthew Shafer is an American country and rock music singer-songwriter widely known for pushing the creative boundaries with his talent. After collaborating with the famous musician Kid Rock as a turntablist for a while, Shafer released his solo album ‘Double Wide’ in 2000 which immediately climbed to number 7 on the Billboard 200 album chart and went on to become his most famous and highest-selling album with multi-platinum certification. He gained substantial recognition from his music and has released several albums since then including ‘No Stranger to Shame’, ‘Seventy Two and Sunny’, ‘Happy Hour’, ‘Midnight Special’ and a six-song EP ‘Happy Hour: The South River Road Sessions’. His singles ‘Follow Me’ and ‘Drift Away’ amassed him country-wide attention and scored Top 10 position on Billboard Hot 100.
