Underworld Bio
Coming from Romford, Greater London, England, Underworld was found back in 1980s. Members Hyde and Smith formed a new wave band called Freur back in the 1980s in which after years of music including the 1983’s “Doot Doot” and 1985’s “Get Us Out of Here,” they formed the industrial funk band Underworld.
Underworld’s debut album entitled “Underneath the Radar” was released in 1988. Then their album “Change the Weather” followed in 1989, but then the group disappeared after the entry of ‘90s. But they made a comeback by 1992 with two singles, using techno music as their new dominant force. In 1993, their album “Dubnobasswithmyheadman” received public acknowledgement reaching the British pop charts.
