Wolfgang Van Halen is an American musician who was born on March 16, 1991, in Santa Monica, California. He started his career as a drummer. In 2006, He joined the band, Van Halen, as the replacing bassist of Michael Anthony, and recorded his first album with them, titled “A Different Kind of Truth”, which was released in 2012. In that same year, he was contacted by the band Alter Bridge, since they were looking for a replacement for Brian Marshall for their first tour. They recorded an album, “All I Was”, and in 2013, Wolfgang became an official member of Alter Bridge. In 2015, he was featured in Van Halen’s live album, “Tokyo Dome Live in Concert”, which was a hit and peaked 5 on the US Billboard Rock Chart and peaked 20 on the US Billboard 200 chart. He collaborated with Mark Tremonti, a member of Alter Bridge, on his second album, titled “Cauterize”.
