Vernon Davis is an American retired professional football player, TV personality, and actor who played as a tight end in the NFL. He was born in Washington, D.C., United States, on January 31, 1984. Vernon spent his formative years playing for Dunbar High School and the University of Maryland, and he turned professional in 2006 when he was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the first round of the NFL Draft. He has since represented the Denver Broncos and Washington Redskins, and throughout his time with the Broncos, he won the Super Bowl playing alongside Peyton Manning, Ronnie Hillman, Derek Wolfe, and Emmanuel Sanders. Since his retirement in 2019, Vernon has appeared in shows like Dancing with the Stars, ESPN First Take, The Challenge, and Domino Masters.
