Vick Hope Bio

Vick Hope, born Victoria Nwayawu Nwosu-Hope, is a British TV and radio presenter and journalist who was born on September 25, 1989, in Newcastle. She studied at Emmanuel College in Cambridge where she majored in modern languages. She can fluently speak French, Spanish, and Portuguese. Her career in the media began while she was spending her university year abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She was just 19 years old when she was employed as a journalist by an English-language newspaper called The Argentinian Independent. While in Buenos Aires, she was also casted by MTV as a presenter. She then landed on British television where she became very popular after hosting shows like “Capital Breakfast” on Capital FM radio station, “Crufts” on Channel 4, and “Life Hacks” on BBC Radio 1. In 2020 she was chosen to present that year's BAFTA Film Awards.
