Víctor Manuelle, is an American singer of Latin pop, bolero salsa, and romantic ballads. His full name is Víctor Manuelle Ruiz Velázquez, he was born on December 27, 1963, in Añasco, Puerto Rico. He was awarded the "International Artist of the Year" at the Luna Awards in the city of Barranquilla and “International Artist” at the Casandra Awards in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In 2018 he won two Latin Grammy Awards, one for the best tropical song and one for best salsa album. Complete a total of 42 singles on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart and 23 # 1 singles on Latin Tropical Airplay. Ten of his albums peaked at # 1 on the Latin Tropical chart and a # 1 on Latin Pop with "Muy Personal" in 2009. His albums "A Pesar de Todo" and "Ironías" reached the gold category, while his self-titled album "Victor Manuelle" won the triple gold category, aside from reaching the top on the Billboard charts countless times.
