Vitor Belfort Bio
Vítor Vieira Belfort, also known as The Phenom, is a Brazilian mixed martial artist who fought in the UFC as a middleweight, light heavyweight, and heavyweight with a focus on boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on April 1, 1977. Vitor turned professional in 1996 when he defeated Jon Hess via knockout at an SB event. He signed with the UFC the next year and made his debut against Tra Telligman. Throughout his time with the UFC, Vitor fought against Luke Rockhold, Michael Bisping, Jon Jones, and Kevin Gastelum.
