Wear Your Wounds Bio
Wear Your Wounds (WYW) is a band from the United States. The band was formed in 2012 and its members include vocalist Jacob Bannon, drummer Chris Maggio, guitarist Sean Martin, guitarist Adam McGrath, and guitarist Mike McKenzie. WYW was initially an experimental solo project by Jacob Bannon. The idea was to provide a creative outlet for music. He later enlisted the help of the above band members, who were initially members of the Converge band.
WYW became a fully operational band in 2019. They released their debut self-titled album in 2017. That same year, they released their second studio album “Dunedevil”. Their third studio album “Rust on the Gate of Heaven” arrived in 2019. Their debut EP, titled “Live at The BBC” in 2018. They have also released a number of singles.
