William Armistead Tyler is an American musician best known for his folk and pop-rock guitar pieces. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, on December 25, 1979. William began his music career in 1998 when he joined the musical bands Lambchop and Silver Jews, and he began his solo career in 2010 with the release of his debut studio project Behold The Spirit. His discography includes the hit singles Highway Anxiety, Alpine Star, Kingdom of jones, Gone Clear, I’m Gonna Live Forever (If It Kills Me), and the albums Modern Country, Goes West, and Lost Futures. William was featured in the album Cluster Flies alongside Sylvan Esso, Jennifer Hartswick, Tim Palmieri, and Daniel Donato.
