Wim Hof Bio
The extremer, Wim Hof was born on the 20th of April 1959 in the Netherlands. For Wim, it is important to teach the youth about mind over matter topics. His interesting methods have been taught to many celebrities including YouTube sensations Yes Theory and Michael Hussey.
Wim holds the Genius world record for covering his body in ice and in 2011 he did the same experiment again and he broke his own record. Some of the other things Wim did was to run a marathon in -4 degrees Fahrenheit and he climbed Mount Everest and Kilimanjaro wearing only his shorts.
In 2012, Wim was on the show Fact or Faked and the host Lanisha Cole and Chi Lan-Leiu determined that all of his stunts were true. Wim Hof published a book in 2020, titled The Wim Hof method.
