WookieFoot Bio

WookieFoot is a perplexing enigma. They are a charity first and a band second, being mainly all about forwarding their profits to help world causes. Musically, they’re best described as… psychedelic fusion. They have a huge line-up which may or may not be mostly touring. They cite influences of Bob Marley, Sublime, and Grateful Dead, among others, but they have the most in common with those three.

But most importantly they’re a 501c registered charity. Through their website BeTheChangeCharities.org , they’ve donated over $500,000 to third world relief efforts and other causes. So the charity is a collection of musicians and artists, giving them an outlet to provide funding for humanitarian aide, community action, and environmentalism. They sound very inclusive, and deserve to be better known.
