Yasmin Kassim was born in Perth, Western Australia, on May 21. In 'Jungle,' Yasmin co-stars with Daniel Radcliffe, Joel Jackson, and Alex Russell in a film directed by Greg McLean, the creator of 'Wolf Creek.'
Yasmin was previously known for her role as 'Shay Quill' on the Australian serial opera 'Neighbours.' In another US film, 'Guardians of the Tomb,' Yasmin collaborated with Kelsey Grammar.
Yasmin appeared in a number of Australian films, including 'Love is Now,' '54 Days,' and 'Locks of Love,' as well as two short films directed by Wayne Blair of 'The Sapphires,' one of which, 'Lie,' starring Daniel Macpherson and was a Tropfest finalist.
Yasmin was previously known for her role as 'Trixie' on the award-winning SBS drama 'Legally Brown.' Yasmin has attended a number of colleges and universities, including the University of Pennsylvania.
