Yellow Claw Bio
Yellow Claw is a Dutch DJ trio comprised of “Bizzey” (Leo Roelandschap), “Jim Aasgier” (Jim Taihuttu) and “Nizzle” (Nils Rondhuis), playing a mix of pop, hip-hop, dubstep, and hardstyle. After gaining popularity from performing at the Amsterdam nightclub Jimmy Woo, they released a number of singles in 2012-2013 with videos appended, which were all viral hits.
Signing to the Diplo’s label Mad Decent, they started appearing on BBC Radio 1, and the 2013 Tomorrowland festival in Belgium. They’re dropped two studio albums so far; “Blood for Mercy” (2015) and “Los Amsterdam” (2017). They’ve scored high in the Dutch Top-40 charts, and also toured North America with stops in New Orleans, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and Chicago.
