Yookie Bio
Yookie is an American electronic music duo made up of brothers Chris and Anthony Alfaro. The brothers come from Islip, New York and formed the duo in 2012 after seeing Cookie Monsta and Flux Pavilion at Roseland Ballroom in New York City. They became publicly known after Skrillex played their remix of “Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites” at one of his shows. Some of their better known songs are “Snakes,” F U,” “After All,” “State of Emergency,” and “Human Annihilation.” They have worked with artists like Wooli, PhaseOne, Slander, Black Tiger Sex Machine, Kompany and others. They released their first EP in 2018 titled BASSic EP. That same year they played at Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas.
