Young Fathers Bio

Young Fathers is a Scottish band who live in Edinburgh, Scotland. The band members include Alloysious Massaquoi (born in 1988 in Liberia), Kayus Bankole (born in 1988, Edinburgh, Scotland), and Graham ‘G’ Hastings (born in 1988, Edinburgh, Scotland). The band got its start by releasing two mixtapes, “Tape One” and “Tape Two” in 2012. Following the release, Young Fathers won the Scottish Album of the Year Award. Their studio albums include “Dead” (2014), “White Men are Black Men too” (2015), and “Cocoa Sugar” (2018). Young Fathers are currently signed to Anticon, Ninja Tune, and Big Dada records.
