Youth Man Bio
Youth Man is a band from the United Kingdom. The three-piece band became a duo after the departure of Miles Cocker in 2018. Youth Man is now composed of Kaila Whyte on vocals and guitars and Marcus Perks on drums. In 2018, the duo released the EP Five Songs which contains the tracks Constantly, Valley Girl, Statesque.
Youth Man released their debut EP, Bad Weather, in 2013. Their debut single “Heavy Rain” was played on BBC Radio One, Amazing Radio, and XFM among others.
The band has opened for Her Parents, Them Wolves, Fair Ohs, Shapes, Bovine, and Sauna Youth. Youth Man has also played in various festivals including Liverpool Sound City, 2000trees, The Great Escape, Live at the Leeds, and Y Not in 2014.
