Yvonne Senat Jones is an actress born on 13th January 1985 in Dallas, Texas, United States. She is widely recognized for appearing in the Netflix film “The Mother” alongside popular singer and actress Jennifer Lopez. Before starting her acting career, she was a theater arts teacher. This encouraged her to pursue acting as a career. She landed her first major role as Robyn Crawford in the film “The Bobby Brown Story”, for which she won the NAACP award. She also played a recurring role in Tyler Perry’s drama series “The Oval”.
Jones later appeared in the spin-off series “Ruthless”. In 2022, she portrayed Denise King in the musical feature film “Sneakerella”. Her other credits include guest roles in the science fiction comedy-drama series “The Orville” and the drama series “Cursed”. She also appeared in the television shows “SWAT” and “Code Black”.
