Zach McGowan Bio
Zach McGowan is an American television and movie actor. He was born Zachary Brendan McGowan on the 5th of May 1980, in New York City. He landed his first small role in the war movie “The Hunt for Eagle One” starring Mark Dacascos. A few years later, he made appearances in “Terminator Salvation”, “Losing Control” and “Conception”. In 2008 he appeared in an episode of “CSI: Miami” as well as an episode of “Numbers”. In 2012, he got his first television role on the Showtime series “Shameless”, where he appeared regularly. From 2014 to 2017, he was part of the main cast in the historical series “Black Sails”, where he portrayed the English pirate, Charles Vane. In 2018, he starred with Amy Smart in the biopic “The Brawler”.
