Zachary Woods is an American actor, comedian, writer, director, and producer who was born on September 25, 1984.
He is best known for his three-season performance as Gabe Lewis on the NBC sitcom The Office and his role as Jared Dunn on the HBO comedy series Silicon Valley. He also appears in episodes of HBO's Veep and USA Network's Playing House, as well as HBO's Avenue 5.
At the age of 16, he began doing improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and was a member of the improv sketch ensemble "The Stepfathers," which included Bobby Moynihan and Chris Gethard.
He has taught improv at Columbia University, Duke University, and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. He's done it.
