Zaira Wasim is an Indian actress, who was born on October 23rd, 2000, in Jammu and Kashmir. She finished her education at St. Paul's International Academy in Sonwar, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. Zaira made her acting debut in the biopic sports film "Dangal," where she played the young Geeta. The movie earned more than Rs 200 crore worldwide and was the highest-grossing movie in India. Zaira has garnered various honours, such as the Filmfare Awards and the National Film Awards. At the ceremony in New Delhi, she was presented with the 2017 National Award by President Ramnath for her her exceptional performance. Moreover, her recent movie role was in “The Sky Is Pink,” for which she won the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress.
