Zawe Ashton Bio

Zawe Ashton is an actress born on 25th July 1984 in Hackney, London, England. She is widely recognized for appearing in the comedy-drama series “Not Safe for Work”. She started her career in 1995 by playing the role of Little Girl in the television series “Game On”. The following year, she played Rebecca in two episodes of the television series “The Demon Headmaster”. She went on to appear in the series “The Bill” in 2000, “Holby City” in 2003, “Mobile” in 2007, “Sherlock” in 2010, “Lapland” in 2011, “Doctor Who” in 2014, “Guerrila” in 2017, and others.

Ashton made her film debut in 2009, playing the role of Bianca in “St. Trinian’s 2: The Legend of Fritton’s Gold”. In 2011, she played WPC Elizabeth Falls in the action thriller film “Blitz”. That same year, she appeared in the films “Weekender”, and “Dreams of a Life”. She also made theatrical appearances in “Othello” in 2007, “The Front Line” in 2008, “Salome” in 2010, “Here” in 2012, and others.
