Zoey Deutch is an American actress born in Los Angeles, California, in 1994. Her acting debut came in 2010 in “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody”, a TV series on Disney Channel. In 2013 she took part in the cast of the feature film “Beautiful Creatures”, with Emma Thompson and Thomas Mann. The 2014 film “Vampire Academy” provided the first starring role for the young actress, following soon after with more lead roles in “Midnight Rider”, “Good Kids”, and “Cover Girl”, the latter directed by Sue Kramer. In 2016 she starred opposite Robert De Niro and Zac Efron in “Dirty Grandpa”, and a year later she took part in a biopic of author J.D. Salinger. Deutch has also appeared in music videos by Ed Sheeran and The New Division, and starred on the 2018 Netflix show “The Politician”.
