Dalton Harris, born December 29, 1993, is a Jamican singer who gained recognition for his win on the fifteenth season of UK’s X-Factor in 2018 and winner of Digicel Rising Star in 2010. Upon his Digicel win, Harris released a number of singles in Jamaica such as ‘Unfaithful Chronicles’, ‘All I Need’ and Dancehall No. 1 chart topper ‘Pauper’. He then released an album in 2018 titled ‘Unintentional Astronaut’ with guitarist Mike Needler. In the same year, he joined X-Factor in UK, winning the competition with his cover of ‘The Power of Love’ sung alongside with previous X-Factor winner, James Arthur, reaching a peak position of number 4 in the UK Top Charts for 2 weeks. As a winner of X-Factor, he is currently signed to Simon Cowell’s Syco Records. Harris’ performed his newest single ‘Cry’ on X-Factor UK’s stage in December 2019 which is written by Lil Eddie says this will showcase ‘The Dalton Harris people will see for years to come’ to Wonderland Magazine.
