Rayvon Owen is an American singer and American Idol contestant who was born on June 27th, 1991 in Richmond, Virginia, United States. He was born and raised in Virginia. Rayvon studied and graduated from Belmont University.
Rayvon got started working as a vocal coach in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia. He later contested on the fourteenth season of American Idol and finished in the Top five. He came fourth contesting against quality competitors including Jackie Cole. His debut EP Cycles was released in August 2014. Some of his best-known singles are Ignition (Remix) (2015, collaboration with Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox) and Can't Fight It (2016).
