Born in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, on March 15, 1987, Lauren Heather McMahan is an American actress, comedian, writer, and touring stand-up comic. She became famous when she began posting comedic content on her Instagram page and streamed live shows. Heather is a host of the podcast Absolutely Not. She appeared in the comedy film Family alongside Taylor Schilling, Bryn Vale, Brian Tyree Henry, and Kate McKinnon. Heather has also co-hosted the 4th Hour section of the Today show.
