Sierra Boggess is an American theater actress and singer, born on May 20, 1982, in Denver, Colorado. She is best known for the role of Christine Daae in Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera appearing opposite Ramin Karimloo and Hadley Fraser. She portrayed the role on Broadway and the televised 25th Anniversary concert productions of Phantom. She made her Broadway debut in the role of Ariel in The Little Mermaid. She began her career playing Cosette in the US Tour of Les Miserables. Her additional Broadway credits include West Side Story, Charity in Sweet Charity, The Boy Friend, Master Class, It Shoulda Been You, and School of Rock. Sierra was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award for her performance in the musical Love Never Dies. She has made many concert appearances and recordings.
