Jessica Rose Brown Findlay is an English actress best known for her work in film and television. She was born in Cookham, Berkshire, England, on September 14, 1989. Jessica began her acting career in 2009 when she appeared in the short film Man on a Motorcycle. She has since been a regular on the TV series Castlevania, Brave New World, Harlots, Labyrinth, and Life After Life, but she is best known for starring in the drama-romance series Downton Abbey alongside Hugh Bonneville, Phyllis Logan, Elizabeth McGovern, Laura Carmichael, and Michelle Dockery. Her filmography includes Munich: The Edge of War, The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, Batched, The Banishing, This Beautiful Fantastic, and Winter’s Tale. For her work in Downton Abbey, she won a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance.
