Short Stack is an Australian pop-punk band formed in 2005 in Budgewoi, New South Wales, Australia. This accomplished representative of the Australian punk-rock genre released their first single three years after its forming. In 2008 Short Stack released Shimmy A Go Go for the Sunday Morning Records that won them an award, Channel V Oz Artist of the Year from the Channel V. A year later, the same record label released their debut album Stack Is the New Black, including three singles from the album, Princess, Sweet December, and Sway Sway Baby. After creating a faithful fan base during these two years, Short Stack released their second album in 2010 named This Is Bat Country and an EP, Planets, the same year. After releasing another single in 2011, Heartbreak Made Me A Killer, the band broke up and made a pause until the end of 2014. After a reformation, Short Stack released a new EP, Dance With Me, and their fourth album, Homecoming for a Mercury Record Label. After the new releases, the music group disbanded again. The new reformation is going to wait until 2020. The two latest releases are singles, Live 4 and Burn You Down, under the UNFD record label. Current members of the band are Andy Clemmensen, Bradie Webb, ShaunDiviney, including the tour members, Luke Lukess, Sinj Clark, Lewis Usher, and Chris Smith.
