Field Medic Bio
Field Medic is the pseudonym for the folk and lo-fi outlet of American singer and songwriter Kevin Patrick. Born in San Francisco, California in 1991, the artist started his musical career writing songs with his sibling Sean in a project called Westwood & Willow. In 2013 he adopted the moniker Field Medic and started releasing his home recordings, spawning “Crushed Pennies” (2013) and “Fuck You Grim Reaper” (2014). By 2015 he released his debut full-length album “Light Is Gone,” and started touring the United States. Label Run for Cover re-released some home recordings as an album in 2017 titled “Songs from the Sunroom”. Two years later, Field Medic issued “Fade into the Dawn”, which included a thicker sound production than his previous lo-fi style. With his label “Sunroom recordz & salon” (sic) Patrick has produced some other upcoming folk artists.
